The Doom Of The Broom

I mentioned before that I really liked using walis tambo.. OK that was before my maids left me.. err because I am not the one swiping the floor! Now after three months of no helpers and a lot of pain reliever for my backs, I need change!

Having 4 kids (3 boys and a girl) is no joke. The floor needs constant sweeping and not to mention I need to make it as clean as possible for the little girl. Sati loves picking whatever there is on the floor and put it on her mouth. Yes, from bread crumbs to broken crayolas! What makes it more difficult is the fact that Sati loves crawling under the table, a part of the house that is hardest to clean.

Why is it hard to clean?

The use of walis tambo makes it hard to swipe under the table, I have to endure back pains and if I want to make sure it is really clean, I need to move the dinning table and the chairs. Move it back to where they are placed after swiping. But as I sweep the other parts of the house, certain particles flew under the table.. it seems like I need to do it all over again just to make sure there’s no particles left under the table.

My walis tambo miseries does not end there.. The one I am suing now is of no good quality.. every time I sweep the floor, parts of it fell on the floor, making it harder and more inconvinitet for me.. I fear the time will come that my hair will be as thin as my walis tambo due to kunsumisyon (waaaah I hope not!)

Ohh.. HAIRS! please don’t let me start with it.. because hair and walis tambo does not go well. They hate each other? detest each other? because no matter what I do, no matter how much sweeping I do, fallen hairs are just tehre. Walis tambo can’t make my house fallen hair free! (I even changed my shampoo to reduce hair fall).

So what choice do I have? stock on pain relievers for my back? be bald to prevent hair fall? but obviously,

I need change! I want to start the doom of the broom. I need help!

Now.. this kind of gadget is what I need.. and for sure, with it, I cn smile just like the lady in this picture hehe

it’s hard to look for a quality walis tambo here kaya nagbibilin ako kapag may umaakyat ng Baguio. ako rin paulit-ulit na nagwawalis at ang last part ay lampaso with alcohol sobrang magastos kaya just like you, I want a heavy duty vacuum.

I don’t like to use walis tambo too. It can’t sweep my falling hair and sometimes the walis tambo even adds up to the dirt in the floor. I hope I can afford to buy a vacuum cleaner, this item will surely help make life easier for moms like us.

Yes, a reliable and convenient vacuum cleaner is a lot better than a broom in thoroughly cleaning our house. It sucks all kinds of dirt and particles even those that can not be seen by the naked eyes. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

mommy’s addicted to sweeping too. she sweeps nearly 5times a day. she had a vacuum once but she sold it to her sister, cuz it consumes too much electricity.

maybe hair and the walis tambo have the same charges that’s why they repel each other? hehe
