I wouldn’t be enumerating the different types if flooring but rather the types of flooring that I would want to have in my future home. Basically, there are more than ten types of flooring and choosing from them can be a bit hard. I am thorned between hard wood flooring, bamboo flooring or marble flooring. I am also eying Laminate Flooring since it is cheaper and is also scratch resistant. It can also stand high traffic, perfect for the living room or the kitchen area. Also a great flooring for the kid’s playroom.
Bamboo flooring is gaining more popularity due to its color that is unique to bamboo. It is also said to be more environmental friendly as Bamboo is a grass and not a tree. Planting Bamboo, I believed, is easier too. Hard Wood floorings are of course, can last really long. This has been the most popular choice of home owners. If it is on our second floor, these two are my choice of flooring materials. When it comes to the first floor of the house, as I have mentioned, it can be laminate or marble.
