I love looking at house for sale in Pasig in the internet. You may ask, why in Pasig? Well because this is the only place where I see myself buying a house. Though we have a lot in the province, and thought of living there, thinking about it again made me realize that we belong here. This is the place where we build our family. This is also the place where the kids are starting to build friendship, so if ever funds will come in, this will be the place where I will buy our house. And of course we will look for one that has a third floor or maybe we will just build one that is flood proof.
As i was looking at house for sale here in Pasig, I have seen a lot and noticed that the prize ranges are almost the same. A house and lot with an area of 100-140 and house are of 100-120 usually costs 3 million pesos and most of theses house have wooden cabinets and not metal cabinets. A house with 4-6 bedrooms is at 6-8 million pesos and houses with swimming pools usually starts at 10 million pesos. Considering the proximity of the place to malls and business center, I can say that house and lot for sale here in Pasig are being sold just right.
