It is very important that the place and the location you will choose offers the kind of lifestyle that you want and offers the amenities that you need.

Another thing you need to consider is the size of the property in relation to your capability to buy it. If you have a large family, you might want to consider a bigger purchase. It is also important that you determine the type and the structure of the house. Always remember that when you buy a property, yuo will be living there for a long time if not for a lifetime.

Buying a house with a spa or putting a spa in your house, should not add stress on the homeowner, after all the mere reason why anyone would want a spa is to relax.

As i was looking at house for sale here in Pasig, I have seen a lot and noticed that the prize ranges are almost the same. A house and lot with an area of 100-140 and house are of 100-120 usually costs 3 million pesos and most of theses house have wooden cabinets and not metal cabinets. A house with 4-6 bedrooms is at 6-8 million pesos and houses with swimming pools usually starts at 10 million pesos. Considering the proximity of the place to malls and business center, I can say that house and lot for sale here in Pasig are being sold just right.

I think customized house decorations are nice presents. If asked to attend a housewarming party, you can customize a picture frame that will fit to the personality of the host. Another great gift to give are kitchen essentials, though house owners already bought their kitchen essentials even before their house is complete, one can always be thankful for an extra set if knives or extra set of casseroles

There are house owners who also register n gift registry, ask them if they have a list and try to buy what is in
the list.

You can also buy a gift certificate of their favorite home some and give it to them as a present.

As for me, the best present can receive if ever I will host a housewarming party is the presence of my friends.

In terms of furniture, wood color are also welcomed in almost every house. Furniture made of rattan, bamboo and other wood materials are still in demand. But colorful furniture are also welcome.

There would be rapid growth of apartment style housing and condominiums as most people nowadays prefer living near their office area than living in the suburb.

I know most of uses P&G products such as Safeguard, Ariel and Downy. Admit ladies, their products are stable in our grocery list just like how a modge podge glue is always on an artist’s must buy list. Now with P$G’s newest program called e.Studyante, we can now buy specially marked items from them and help in giving laptops to public school students. That is really good specially for us moms who know how much is the value of education.

After some more minutes we have landed. The warehouse is not as neat as I imagined, not even a nice parking space but as soon as we enter, I was amazed. There’s playhouse everywhere, slides every corner.. and so many toys that I want to buy! We settled for a playhouse, a mini activity gym and a seesaw.

been planning to buy this one for the longest time and a few weeks ago after hubby bought a play house for the little girl, we learned we need this. So there.. another home gadget dream come true for me.
